Frequently Asked Questions for Ringified Retail Customers

No. We are fully operational and maintain FAST SHIPPING as well as a plethora of inventory on hand. We will also be offering new personalized product offerings in the near future. Stay tuned, and stay safe! And as always, please contact us with any questions whatsoever! 

We are an American family-owned business and we design all of our products in-house. When you have orders, they are all shipped from our warehouse in Sacramento, California. As far as our manufacturing goes, we source manufacturing from all around the world — United States, Europe, Oceana, and Asia are the main areas. We are proud to say we only use materials and manufacturing sources that are considered ethical and cruelty free. šŸŒŽ

YES! We want you to love your Ringified purchases! If you don’t love your product, we’ll take it back within 30 days! If your ring isn't quite the right size, we will exchange it! Simple. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.

Find the Perfect Size in Two Easy Steps:

1. Find an existing ring that fits you well.

2. Measure the inside of that ring and match it with one of the circles in THIS LINK.

Ring Sizing Tips:

*If your ideal fit falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

**For wide band rings we recommend 1-2 sizes up.

 We offer no-hassle exchanges if your item does not fit just right!

Sometimes we offer FREE shipping for promotions, but in general shipping is calculated at the exact rate the provider (USPS, DHL, etc) would charge to ship from our Sacramento, California warehouse. Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

We are excited too! A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email nore more than 1 business day after your order was placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within two business days, please contact our help support team and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please Note: 

For International orders using USPS, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking. We recommend DHL for international packages this reason.

Of course! When you place an order, you have 2 hours to contact our support to request a cancellation or modification.

After 2 hours, we’ve already started working on your order  (yes, we are THAT fast!) and it is usually too late to cancel it or modify it.

However,  just send us an email at info@ringified.net and we will see what we can do! Please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel/modify as well as your order number.

Bottom line, we want you to be happy, so just reach out and we will bend over backwards trying to help you!

WHOLESALE & DROPSHIPPING PARTNER FAQs

All you need to do is apply for an account using this link. Make sure and enter your company info that you want to appear on the shipping labels and packing slips of your orders. 

We offer a range between 50-75% off the prices you see on this site. We also offer bulk pricing.

1. Log into your Partner Account HERE.

2. Find the item your customer purchased (double check the size!) and ADD TO CART.

3. You will be asked to provide your customer shipping details.

We process and ship orders each weekday from our Sacramento warehouse. 

For example, if you place an order on Tuesday night, your order will ship Wednesday morning. 

No, when you buy wholesale you are not charged taxes. 

YES!

The packing slip automaticlaly contains your customer info, product info, and a NOTE line that you can customize. We recommend your store name, your store URL, your customer service email and phone, any promotions or discount codes, etc. See an example here. We also offer merchants to send us their own promotional materials to include in your orders. Contact your Account Rep to help you set that up! The shipping label comes "from" our Sacramento warehouse address (4354 Pinell Street Sacramento, Ca 95838)

We package rings inside recycled brown paper ring boxes with cotton padding inside, and tie a bow with a burlap string. However, we offer merchants to send us their preferred packaging instead of these!

Yes! We have a Borrow Rings Program for merchants where you can choose a number of rings for no charge and the only charge is shipping!

YES! If you are dropshipping, we will send you a FREE ring of your choice (you pay shipping) after you have made one sale. Your first bulk order will include a free sample too! Reach out to your Account Rep for more info!

Of course! You can get a CSV or Excel spreadsheet of our products, and you will have access to a live inventory feed that you can access 24/7.

Rarely. We designed this program so you will rarely, if ever, have to deal with a inventory depletion. You will have access to up-to-the-minute inventory on a csv file that is updated daily. 

Nope! You can be on whatever platform you prefer!
