We have some of the fastest shipping in the industry. We nearly always ship same day or next day. Wow, right? We are in our warehouse in Sacramento, California and process orders in the morning every single weekday. For example, if your order comes in on a Tuesday night, we will process and provide tracking by Wednesday morning in most cases. If your order comes in on a weekend or holiday, we will process and ship the next business day.


We ask that you allow us two business days for processing and tracking to account for the possibility of an emergency, but we usually never need that much time. 


It's that simple. We know we are in a world of Amazon Prime and their famous 2-day shipping, and we do our best to emulate that!

Returns & Exchanges


We offer a no-hassle 30-day return/refund/exchange policy.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An email must be sent to and we must approve your return before you can return your item.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 business days.


Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
